Tool Bar attaches directly to the stem of the vise and can be adjusted and positioned by the fly tyer. 3 large holes plus 4 smaller ones drilled into the top of the bar - ideal for scissors, bobbin holders, etc. 4 smaller holes drilled diagonally into the unit to increase the number of tools you can store. Constructed from steel and anodized in the "Regal Blue" as used for their flagship Revolution vise head.
