This 8-inch pan is pressed from 5 series aluminum which creates a very light and stiff structure. Weve further cut the weight down by integrating the handle hinge into a section of the rolled edge and eliminated the rest of the edge that isnt needed. Rigid, non-corrosive stainless steel handles fold out for use and tuck down for transport. The handles have a heat-resistant silicone grip for non-slip lifting.
