Akrapovic UTV Evolution Titanium Full System Exhaust, This is the flagship of the AkrapoviA exhaust system range, used and tested by the top factory teams in motorsport racing. It is simply the finest exhaust system available. Each model is unique and dedicated to maximizing the performance of an engine, while reducing overall weight for optimized handling of the whole motorcycle. It is made entirely of titanium.

Short, conical or hexagonal-shaped canister with titanium outer sleeve.
Mufflers feature a carbon fiber outlet cap to match the design of each bike.
Outlet cap, perforated inner sleeve and inlet cap are all made of titanium.
Joint of the inlet cap is milled on a state-of-the-art CNC machine and connected by high-quality silicon-shielded tempered springs.
Includes a lightweight, compact and high-temperature-resistant carbon fiber muffler clamp (most models, where required).
Conical or cylindrical-shaped, hydroformed header and link pipe are made of titanium; type of construction is based on maximum increase in performance.
Crossover tubes may be installed based on the results of testing.
Most models come with preinstalled fitting for lambda connection.
Performance exhaust systems also feature a new coating for the silencer outer sleeve giving better scratch resistance and easier cleaning.
Ceramic anti-seizing grease, made especially for use with titanium, is used to prevent seizing, corrosion and excessive wear of parts of the exhaust system made of titanium (due to vibration and extreme temperatures).
To comply with North American off-road regulations, a system with a spark arrester is available for the US market.
Notes: For closed course competition use ONLY. It is recommended that new exhaust gaskets and a proper jet kit be installed when changing an exhaust system on a carbureted motorcycle. It is recommended that new exhaust gaskets and a Power Commander be installed when changing an exhaust system on a fuel-injected motorcycle.
