Notes: Boards should NOT be installed in place of a footpeg on a peg mount secured with a single fastener and no anti-rotation mechanism; the board will apply too much force and loosen the mount from the bike. When installing any footpeg, footboard or highway peg combination, always verify all fasteners are tight and secure - even those you don't adjust. It is also recommended to periodically check to make sure all fasteners remain tight. Harley-Davidson(R) fitment: Male mount requires Kuryakyn Non-Pivoting Splined Adapters (P/N 8883; sold separately). Softail passenger application requires Kuryakyn Passenger Floorboard Mounts (P/N 4371, 4372, or 4374, depending on application; sold separately). Metric Fitment: Requires model-specific splined adapter mounts (sold separately). Adjustable shift and brake linkage is suggested for driver application. Placing these foot-boards on mounts intended for footpegs may prohibit them from folding up in the same manner as the stock peg. While the board may be rotated on the mount for a comfortable foot position, some angles may cause the board to contact other components on the bike before the board is folded up completely. Before ordering, be aware of components on the bike that may interfere with the placement of the floorboards. Compatibility: Directly compatible with Kuryakyn Retractable Passenger Pegs (P/N 4352 and 4388; sold separately), NO adapters are required.
