Akrapovic Evolution Titanium Full System Exhaust, This is the flagship of the Akrapovic exhaust system range, used and tested by the top factory teams in motorsport racing. It is simply the finest exhaust system available. Each model is unique and dedicated to maximizing the performance of an engine, while reducing overall weight for optimized handling of the whole motorcycle. It is made entirely of titanium.
The Akrapovic Evolution system is designed for racing-oriented riders who demand maximum performance. It features exceptional production quality, high-tech materials and, of course, increased engine performance. Quality and reputation is further augmented by the use of the high-tech hydroforming production process to form the header tubes. Besides performance you will also benefit from great weight savings. The change will also be visual as the muffler perfectly fits the bike's exterior and adds a clean racing image.
Evolution Kit systems feature a 300 mm muffler, high-mount design and (most) include a carbon fiber mounting bracket.
Canister with your choice of carbon fiber or titanium outer sleeve.
Hexagonal mufflers feature a carbon fiber outlet cap to match the design of each bike.
Outlet cap, perforated inner sleeve and inlet cap are all made out of titanium.
Joint of the inlet cap is milled on a state-of-the-art CNC machine and connected by high-quality silicon-shielded tempered springs.
When the position of the exhaust system needs to be changed and the stock bracket is no longer usable, a carbon fiber bracket is included.
Conical or cylindrical-shaped, hydroformed header and link pipe are made of titanium; type of construction is based on maximum increase in performance.
Crossover tubes may be installed based on the results of testing.
Most models come with preinstalled fitting for lambda connection.
Ceramic anti-seizing grease, made especially for use with titanium, is used to prevent seizing, corrosion and excessive wear of parts of the exhaust system made of titanium (due to vibration and extreme temperatures).
Notes: For closed course competition ONLY. Intended for racing bikes with larger radiators, etc. Some exhaust models cannot be used with O.E.M. bodywork. It is recommended that new exhaust gaskets and a proper jet kit be installed when changing an exhaust system on a carbureted motorcycle. It is recommended that new exhaust gaskets and a Power Commander be installed when changing an exhaust system on a fuel-injected motorcycle.
