The IXS Trigger Full Face Helmet provides all-around protection with a patented in-mold technology where the helmet shell is directly connected with the impact-absorbing EPS material. The Trigger FF also features X-Frame, a unique internal frame that drastically improves the helmets overall strength and durability while keeping the weight to a bare minimum. This new and improved version of the IXS Trigger features MIPS, a low-friction layer that help to reduce rotational forces from angled impacts. The combination of the one-piece construction, X-frame technology and MIPS makes for a helmet that can stand up to aggressive downhill riding while not sacrificing a gram, earning its spot as one of the lightest full-face helmets on the market. A goggle compatible, adjustable visor allows you to move the visor up and rest your goggles on top of your helmet. IXS fitted the Trigger FF with their Ergo Fit Ultra helmet retention system, which tightens with a micro-adjust dial in the rear, as well incorporating three vertical and three horizontal sizing adjustments for the best fit possible. For the finishing touches, the Trigger was given the beloved Fidlock magnetic helmet buckle for a hassle-free closure system.
