Edelrid Spoc Pulley, The ultra-light and versatile Spoc Pulley from Edelrid is easy to bring along on your big wall and high-altitude mountaineering climbs. Weighing just over two ounces the Spoc is easily attached to your harness or stows in your pack until needed. It can be used as a classic rope clamp for ascents a simple pulley or as a pulley with a backstop for crevasse rescue operations. The cam with an integrated spring mechanism locks automatically and even grips your icy or muddy ropes during rescues. A cable pull allows you to easily open the backstop with one hand and can be fixed in the open position to use the Spoc as a simple pulley for hauling gear.
