We always recommend wearing our Trauma Pads with all body armor. Cut to match both of our side plate cuts, you wear these in conjunction and behind your AR500 ArmorA(R) side plate body armor.
Compatible with AR500 ArmorA(R) Side Plate Body Armor and other armor systems along and most side plate pouches.
Trauma pads are Non-Ballistic and offer no increase in ballistic protection.
