Cox Racing Group Radiator And Oil Cooler Guard, With a Cox Radiator and Oil Cooler Guard Set on your bike, your radiator and oil cooler are protected from road debris like sticks, rocks, bolts and other road nastiness that could leave you stranded or worse.
Cox Racingroup Guards are made using formed aluminum for a perfect balance of protection, durability and light weight. The Screen is oriented to maximize airflow and protection from debris. Installation is very simple. High grade foam pads are mounted to the back of the frame for an area of separation between the guard and the radiator core. Approximately 3 - 5 mm of a "crush zone" is generated by these pads to handle various types of impacts. The guards are mounted so they float with the radiator and do not pick up vibrations from the motorcycle. Installation and instructional kits are included with every guard and set, for a quick and simple installation.
Easy to install, they look great while protecting your bike's radiator and oil cooler.
Radiator and Oil Cooler guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding.
Frames are cut from a sheet of 0.060" 5051 aluminum.
The screen is 0.034" expanded aluminum.
Hard anodized for a chip-free, tough finish.
