The Powercore 2 is the measure which others aim for. With its lightweight extruded aluminum oval canister mated to a perforated core, this silencer is above the competition. The Powercore 2 silencer provides a strong performance edge for any 2-stroke machine and the performance flow end cap and front stinger are stainless steel for unbeatable durability and an unmatched look.
The sleeve of the Powercore 2 silencer is constructed from extruded aluminum to provide a lightweight design.
FMF incorporated a tuned perforated core for exceptional performance.
FMF made sure the Powercore 2 silencer was also durable by using stainless steel on the performance flow end cap and the stinger.
FMF makes it easy to perform maintenance on the Powercore 2 silencer by using removable bolts to break it down.
FMF Powercore 2 Shorty Silencer:
Taking the proven success of the Powercore 2, FMF created the Powercore 2 Shorty, with a shorter inner core length and aluminum canister. This design results in a finely tuned bolt-on performance silencer that maximizes bottom and mid-RPM power.
An excellent choice for tight tracks and Supercross track applications.
The Powercore 2 Shorty silencer has a shortened inner core length and canister.
The shorter overall length allows for the exhaust gases to exit quicker giving the silencer better performance through the bottom to mid-range of the power band.
It is easy to perform maintenance on the Shorty silencer due to FMF using removable bolts which allow a simple break down.
