The chest protector is constructed using hard-shell plates layered over 3DF soft impact foam for a quality design that is comfortable and ventilated. The 2021 4. 5 Body Protector Pro features CE certified level-two impact protection for the chest and back and level-one protection for the shoulders and elbows. For some added protection, Leatt incorporated a kidney belt with adjustable straps into the mesh base layer. The base-layer is made out of a blend of Moisture Cool and Air Mesh fabrics for moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties.
