The Ripley AF's geometry seems mellow on paper but once we're on the bike we just can't help but send it deeper than we ever dreamed of going on a trail bike. The 65. 5-degree head tube angle is paired with a short offset 130mm fork for razor-sharp handling while the steep 76-degree seat tube angle puts us in a powerful pedaling position to crush the climbs. The Ripley AF Deore build delivers a high-performance kit that isn't going to break the bank when it comes time for annual maintenance and replacing parts when we send it a bit too big. The ever-reliable Shimano Deore 12-speed drivetrain takes care of the shifting duties and offers a massive gear range to get us up and down the steepest slopes with ease. A 130mm Fox Performance 34 fork gets paired with a Float DPS rear shock for crushing through gnarly rock gardens with complete precision while a set of Blackbird Send wheels rounds out the package and keeps us rolling no matter how chunky the terrain gets.
